I got approved quickly, which was nice, but it made me a little suspicious at first. The payments do fit my budget though, so I’m going along with it and keeping an eye on everything

I ordered the wrong part from appliancefactory and figured returning it was going to be a whole thing, but it really wasn’t. Customer service got back to me fast, explained exactly what to do, and my refund showed up quickly. No runaround, no weird delays. I’d order from them again.

I was kind of expecting the delivery to be a hassle, since that’s usually how these things go, but it ended up being easy. I got updates along the way, and the driver actually called before arriving, which I appreciated because I wasn’t stuck guessing. The time window was close enough too, so I could plan my day around it without too much stress. Anyway, after all that, I’d probably order from appliancefactory again.

They answered my questions, showed me a few different options, and the checkout process was quicker than I expected. The delivery details were explained clearly too. Weirdly, I remember there was a tiny squeaky wheel on one of the display carts that kept making the same little chirp sound, but other than that, everything went smoothly. Overall, I’d shop there again...

Also, the reminders and follow-ups were way too aggressive, which got annoying fast. Overall, it wasn’t a horrible experience, but value-wise I probably wouldn’t shop here again unless the price was seriously lower.
